The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with One Stop Podcasts.

We do not currently use contact forms on the One Stop Podcasts website. If you contact us by email, telephone, social media or another external service, we may process the information you provide in order to respond to you.

The way recordings are used, edited, published and distributed will normally be determined by the particular project and any agreement made with the client, contributor or commissioning organisation.
Where One Stop Podcasts works on behalf of another organisation, such as a business, agency, school or college, that organisation may determine how participant information is collected and used. In those circumstances, One Stop Podcasts may process personal information on that organisation’s behalf.
8. Children and education projects
One Stop Podcasts works with schools, colleges and other education organisations.
Where a project involves children or young people, personal information and recording permissions will normally be managed in conjunction with the commissioning school or organisation.
We do not intentionally collect children’s personal information directly through this website.
Where recordings or other information relating to children or young people are processed as part of an education project, appropriate arrangements will be agreed with the commissioning organisation.

This currently includes Google Analytics, implemented through Google Site Kit.

We may retain information for longer where this is necessary to comply with a legal requirement, resolve a dispute or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
13. Keeping personal information secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
